General delivery conditions

Orders
The minimum ordering amount is 200 € resp. 310 CHF. Orders below this amount cannot be taken into consideration for online shopping.

Prices
Our deliveries are invoiced to the prices which appear in the Fraisa-Outlet, price modifications reserved. The prices are in Euro resp. CHF, excluding value-added tax (VAT). Special executions are charged according to the quotation or – if not otherwise mentioned on the confirmation of order – according to the resulting costs.

Delivery
Deliveries are effected DDU Bellach.

Date of delivery
The deliveries are made as promptly as possible. Should, however, an unforeseen delivery delay occur, this would not authorise the customer to cancel the order.

Payment
Against Invoice (within 30 days net), credit cards (Visa / Master) or in advance.

Complaints
Complaints can only be accepted within eight days after receipt of the goods. Illustrations as well as technical data are not binding. We reserve the right to amend all catalogue entries, to alter at any time the cutting geometries, the material qualities as well as the other technical data, contrary to the specification in the catalogue.

Return of goods
Products ordered on our Online Shop can not be returned.

Guarantee
For the manufacturing of our cutting tools, we use only the best material. We guarantee for best quality and high demands. Should a defect occur in one of our cutting tools due to a material or hardening error, we will replace it free of charge. This guarantee covers, however, only the replacement of the tool without any further compensation. Cutting tools which become defective due to normal or excessive use cannot be replaced free of charge.

Seat of Jurisdiction
Solothurn is valid as domicile for all legal matters.
